Single Cell Technology's Omnibody (Ob) platform technology replaces current hybridoma or phage display with a complete characterization of the organisms immune response. Plasma cells can come from any host without the need for myeloma fusion. We rely on DNA sequencing and real time kinetics to identify and characterize 100,000 antibodies per run. Usually approximately 10,000 are unique and completely cover epitopes on the antigen.
